How I Can Help
Life transitions, loss, and ongoing stress can feel overwhelming. Individual therapy offers a confidential space to organise your thoughts and feelings, understand patterns that keep you stuck, and build strategies for change.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. You bring your knowledge of your life; I bring clinical expertise. Together, we clarify what matters most to you and work towards meaningful, sustainable progress.
Depending on your needs, sessions may draw on Compassion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT skills, and mindfulness. Treatment is always adapted to your goals, preferences, and pace.
Common Concerns
Anxiety, low mood, stress and burnout, grief and loss, trauma (including medical and vicarious trauma), adjustment to life changes, relationship and family challenges, self-criticism, and perfectionism.
How Sessions Work
Standard sessions are 50 minutes, offered in person (Spring Hill, Brisbane) or via secure Telehealth. We’ll set goals together, review progress regularly, and adjust the approach as needed.
Therapeutic Approach
Evidence-based and person-centred. I integrate CFT, Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT skills, and mindfulness within a systemic lens (considering you and your environment), so care feels both practical and validating.
Fees & Rebates
Fees are kept below APS recommended rates. Medicare rebates may apply with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP (limits apply). Some private health funds also provide rebates - please check with your provider.
