Compassionate psychology for life’s hardest transitions
Fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, grief, and major life changes can feel overwhelming - but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
Dr Pippa Mitchell, Clinical Psychologist and Fertility Counsellor, provides professional, compassionate support to help you make sense of your experiences and find a way forward.
Support when life feels overwhelming
Life brings moments of uncertainty, loss, and change that can leave you feeling isolated or unsure of what to do next. Whether you are navigating fertility treatment, coping with pregnancy loss, adjusting to parenthood, managing trauma, or supporting others in your professional role, compassionate support can make a real difference.
Compassion
Therapy is grounded in warmth, empathy, and respect, creating a safe space where you can feel heard and understood without judgment, no matter what you are going through.
Clarity
Together we work to gently untangle overwhelming thoughts and feelings, helping you make sense of your experiences and find perspective during times of stress, change, or uncertainty.
Connection
By strengthening your relationship with yourself and with those around you, therapy can help you rebuild trust, restore balance, and feel more supported in your everyday life.
